Chipr LLC provides telecommunications services including fiber internet, streaming TV, wireless, and home technology solutions. By opting into our SMS messaging program, you agree to the following terms:

1. Types of Messages

You may receive text messages related to:

Appointment confirmations and reminders
Service scheduling updates
Order and installation status updates
Estimate follow-ups
Service notifications
Promotional offers and service announcements
New product and service updates

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4–6 messages per month depending on active services and promotions.

3. Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to +1 801-913-3032. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

If you want to join again, simply sign up as you did the first time and we will resume messaging.
