In his spare time, Joel is an avid cyclist, serves as a board member for his local cycling club, and recently completed the ridiculously difficult Mauna Kea ride in Hawaii!

Originally from England, Spencer now lives in the US with his entrepreneurial wife and six children. Outside of work, you may find him napping on a paddleboard or enjoying a proper English breakfast while camping. He also hosts The Swell Pod, a podcast on innovation and challenging the status quo. At Chipr, he aligns culture, processes, and tools with employees’ aspirations, ensuring Chipr’s brand reflects their people’s strengths.
