At Chipr, your earnings grow with your skills and dedication. Some new-hire sales reps immediately reach higher tiers within their first month, while others take a more steady approach and progress over time. Your success depends on your commitment and patience to learning and working hard.
Tier 1: Initial Earnings: Up to $3,000 per month
Tier 2: Progressing: $3,000 – $7,000 per month
Tier 3: Established: $7,000 – $11,000 per month
Tier 4: High Achievers: $11,000 – $19,000 per month
Tier 5: Elite Performers: $19,000 – $30,000+ per month (with potential to earn even higher)
